POTSDAM — Three East Niagara students were recently named to the President's List by the State University of New York at Potsdam.
The students were among 907 students the university recognized for academic excellence in the Spring 2015 semester. The SUNY Potsdam students were honored for earning top marks by President Kristin G. Esterberg.
Local students included:
To achieve the honor of being on the President's List, each student must have satisfactorily completed 12 numerically-graded semester hours, with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
Founded in 1816, and located on the outskirts of the beautiful Adirondack Park, The State University of New York at Potsdam is one of America's first 50 colleges. SUNY Potsdam currently enrolls approximately 4,100 undergraduate and graduate students. - Kurtis Parker of Middleport, whose major is Music Education
- Sarah Pevey of Lockport, whose major is English & Creative Writing
