A 31-year-old Pendleton woman stands accused of collecting over $4,800 worth of unemployment benefits she wasn't entitled to.
Elizabeth L. Kinan was charged Sunday with third-degree grand larceny, offering to file a false instrument and falsifying business records.
According ot the New York State Police, Kinan collected unemployment between Sept. 19, 2011 and Aug. 26, 2012 while she was gainfully employed.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Lockport Court on May 13.
