Dakota Hewitt, 20, 13 Harvey St., Apt. 3, was charged around 9:39 a.m. with petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property. The charges are additional charges from an incident that occurred on Wednesday when Hewitt was accused of stealing items from cars. He was in City Court this morning to answer to the charges.

Justin Mitchell Kane, 26, 344 Walnut St., was charged around 9:20 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Kane was found to be driving with a suspended license on Friday. He was in City Court for it this morning.
