Tylor D. Gillis, 21, 33 Erie St., was charged around 2:30 a.m. with driving while intoxicated, two equipment violations, improper lane use, failure to signal, and driving with an improper inspection sticker. According to the LPD arrest report, Gillis was stopped on South Transit Street for traffic infractions and determined to be intoxicated. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Melissa L. Rougeaux, 45, 20 Bright St., Upper Apt., was charged around 10:41 p.m. Thursday with false personation. According to the LPD report, Rougeaux was stopped following a disturbance on Genesee Street. When interviewed, she gave police a false name. It was then discovered that she had a warrant from Lockport City Court under her real name.

David E. Barnes, 24, 242 Price St., was charged with parking after 2 a.m. According to the LPD report, he had been ticketed for a parking violation on Saxton Street on July 31, 2008 and failed to pay his fine. A warrant was filed for his arrest on Oct. 5, 2012.

Daniel S. Richter, 45, 80 Genesee St., Apt. 1-4, was charged around 2:15 p.m. Thursday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD arrest report, Richter was found intoxicated in the roadway at Walnut and Washburn streets asking people for money. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Jeremy Holmwood, 23, 2365 Angling Road, Corfu, was charged around 1:05 p.m. Wednesday with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to yield. According to the LPD arrest report, he was stopped for failure to yield and found to be driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Monday.
