Kevin Lamont Mills was born in Detroit, Michigan September 3rd, 1961 to the late Milton Mills and Lillie Mills. He departed his earthly life on May 7th, 2015.

He grew up in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1979. Kevin was a hard worker. He worked 4 years with Bonton; 5 years with Dale Association, and he devoted the last 10 years of his life as a Maintenance Supervisor where he was deeply loved by the residents and staff. People were drawn to him because of his fun-loving and outgoing personality.

He leaves to mourn his wife, Shirley Mills; son, Dakarai Mills; mother, Lillie Robinson (Lucius); sisters, Jenora Cassell (Darrell), Radiance Rogers Chris; stepchildren, Pernell Hobbs, Markus Thomas, Stanley Presha, Essence Hobbs, and Kadejah Hobbs, 6 grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. Kevin is predeceased by his father and daughter, Tequila Suter.
Friends may call Thursday May 14, 2015, 11-12 PM, followed immediately by a funeral service at 12 PM, in Christ Community Church, 140 Genesee Street, Lockport.
