TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An unresponsive 25-year-old male was revived by New York State Troopers and Rapids VFC EMS on Thursday.
According to NYSP, they were dispatched to Emily Lane, with a report of an overdose. Upon arrival, Troopers observed the male unresponsive lying in the road.
Trooper administered one vial of Naloxone into each nostril with minimal effect. Rapids VFC EMS arrived at the scene to further assist. An additional vial of Naloxone was administered to the male, whose name has not been released. Prior to transport, the 25 year old male became responsive. He was transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport by Rapids Fire Ambulance a later released.
No criminal charges were filed.
