Lockport police, Niagara County Sheriff's investigators and New York State Troopers are investigating a daytime burglary on the east end of Elmwood Avenue.
According to police, the homeowners interrupted the burglary in progress around noon today.
The three police agencies have fanned out in the area of the burglary, looking for the suspect.
