ROYALTON — An unknown person built a small structure out of cinder blocks at the Terry's Corners Fire Department sometime late Tuesday or Wednesday.
According to a report file with the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, the fire department has had problems with juveniles on the property in the past and fire department officials believe this could be the same group of juveniles but did not know for certain.
Periodic checks of the area were requested. Patrol considers this case closed due to lack of suspects and no interest to pursue the case by the fire department.
