NEWFANE — A 30-year-old Main Street woman was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
According to the NCSO report, Christina M. Dorato, 2770 Main St., was stopped for committing traffic violations. When patrol interviewed her, he detected an odor of marijuana, which Dorato admitted to having.
She was issued an appearance ticket for Newfane Town Court on Monday. Patrol seized the marijuana and submitted it for testing.
