A 16-year-old Crosby Avenue male was charged around 1:21 a.m. with false personation, driving without a valid license, running a red light and driving without a valid inspection sticker. According to the LPD report, the teen was stopped for a traffic infraction and gave a fake name. He was found to be driving without a license. The vehicle was towed and the teen is due in City Court on Monday.

Timothy W. Prinzbach, 20, 167 Pilgrim Road, Tonawanda, was charged around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD report, Prinzbach was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to have marijuana on him. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.

John D. Watson, 44, 6447 Rapids Road, was charged around 3:28 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Watson attempted to strike a woman. He was slated for City Court on Wednesday.

Lisa J. Tessier, 48, 373 Miller St., North Tonawanda, was charged around 9:50 a.m. Monday with fourth-degree possession of stolen property, identity theft and petit larceny. According to the police report, Tessier used another woman’s bank account to withdraw $500. She was arraigned on the charges on Tuesday.

Tracy A. O’Hara, 44, 777 Willowbrook Dr., Apt. 2, was charged around 9:20 p.m. Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two equipment violations. According to the LPD report, O’Hara was stopped on Locust Street for equipment violations and found to be driving with a suspended license. She was slated for City Court on Tuesday.

Francis S. Licata, 49, 202 Akron St., was charged around 8:01 p.m. Saturday with second-degree assault and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Licata pushed a city woman, injuring her. The woman was given an order of protection. Licata was due in City Court on Monday.
