Patrick L. Reeves, 39, 181 Passaic Ave., Apt B, was charged at approximately 11:20 p.m. Wednesday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to signal. According to the LPD arrest report, Reeves was stopped for a traffic infraction on Hawley Street and found to be driving without a license. He was found to be in possession of marijuana while being searched. When he was taken to LPD for booking, he was found to be in possession of two round, orange pills with “G74” written on them, later determined to be 40mg Oxymorphone Hydrochloride. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Daniel S. Richter, 45, 80 Genesee St., Apt. 1209, was charged around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD report, Richter was found outside a Genesee Street home yelling. When he was asked to stop, he refused and was charged. He was to be in City Court on Wednesday.

Matthew W. Page, 26, 265 Crestwood Court East, was charged around 10:20 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree stalking. According to the LPD arrest report, Page ignored an order of protection against him by a city woman, who received 38 phone calls from a restricted number between 8:32 p.m. and 9 p.m. The woman said a few voice messages were left in which she could make out Page’s voice. He was due in City Court on Wednesday.

Franky E. Franke, 40, 2109 Oakhill Dr., Apt. A, Springdale Ark., was charged around 8:30 p.m. Monday with bail jumping. According to the LPD arrest report, Franke was picked up by State Police on an active warrant from March of 2012 and transferred to Lockport Police.

A 17-year-old Chapel Street male was charged around 8 p.m. Monday with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. According to the LPD arrest report, the teen got into a physical altercation with his 14-year-old sister, injuring her. He was due in City Court on Wednesday.
