PENDLETON ― A 25-year-old Lockport man was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to obey a traffic control device.
According to the New York State Police report, Adam J. Masters was stopped for failing to obey a traffic control device on Campbell Boulevard. During the interviewing process, Troopers could smell the odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. Upon further investigation, approximately 1 gram of marihuana and a marihuana smoking pipe was located within the vehicle.
Masters was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and citation for the Town of Pendleton Court on Wednesday.
