Nemo doesn't seem to mind the cold, which is good for him since there's
plenty more of it in the forecast.

"The fish seems to get a fresh coat of orange when the dirty snow dulls its colors," Wallace said.
Unlike most of those driving by, this fish seems to keep smiling in the ice, wind and snow. If cold is what it likes, it will love the upcoming weather forecast, which has temperatures below freezing again until early next week.
The National Weather Service has issued a "hazardous weather outlook" for Thursday night and Friday morning, stating that wind chills are expected to be in the -15 to -20 range.
