TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 24-year-old Lockport woman was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and use of a portable electronic device while driving.
According to New York State Police, Emily C. Burk was stopped on Beattie Avenue. Troopers detected an odor of marijuana and found that she was in possession of a small baggie containing three grams of it.
She was issued an appearance ticket and citation to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on March 26.
