Jeremy J. Winters, 25, 190 Ontario St., Apt. 2, was charged around 10:28 a.m. with obstruction of breathing. According to the LPD arrest report, on March 11, Winters pushed a city woman several times then grabbed her by the neck. Winters turned himself in to LPD this morning and was to be arraigned in City Court.

Ashley I. Boyer, 28, 6343 Robinson Road, Apt. 7C, was charged around 8:20 p.m. Saturday with second-degree criminal trespass and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. According to Lockport police, Boyer entered a South Street residence uninvited and started an altercation with a woman. When she did so, she left her three children in the car in the driveway of the South Street address. When patrol responded to the complaint, they found the three kids “visibly upset and crying due to the nature of the incident.” Child Protective Services was contacted and Boyer was to be in City Court this morning.

Jeffrey L. Massey, 28, 266 South St., Apt. 1, was charged around 7:20 p.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD arrest report, Massey was seen in the passenger seat of a car parked on South Street. Patrol stopped him, knowing him to have an active warrant. They arrested him on the warrant without incident and found marijuana on him while he was being searched. He was taken to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office for the active warrant and is due in City Court on March 31 for the marijuana violation.

Rudolph K. Braswell, 54, 17 Georgian Lane., Apt. 4, was charged around 8:20 p.m. Saturday with an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Braswell was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended license. He was due in City Court this morning.

James E. Pazik, 65, 5662 Murphy Road, was charged around 9:36 p.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD arrest report, Pazik was asked to leave a West Avenue business but refused to. When police arrived, he was very irate and used profanity towards officers when they asked him to leave. He was due in City Court this morning.
