Trevor D. Castle, 25, 367 High St., Apt. 3, was charged around 1:23 p.m. with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the LPD arrest report, Castle violated an order of protection on Friday. He turned himself in today. He was slated for City Court this afternoon.

Wade L. VanValkenburgh, 31, 350 ¼ Grove St., Tonawanda, was charged around 12:02 a.m. with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD arrest report, VanValkenburgh was stopped for a traffic infraction and admitted to having marijuana on him. He is due in City Court on March 31.

William A. Henderson, 40, 144 Grafton St., Rochester, was charged around 4:10 p.m. Monday with DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana, having an open alcoholic beverage in a car and refusal to submit to field tests. According to the LPD arrest report, Henderson was stopped for blocking traffic on Niagara Street. While being interviewed, he was determined to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He was also found to have an open container of alcohol and marijuana in his car. He is due in Court on Wednesday to answer to the charges.

A 16-year-old Price Street male was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing around 2:19 p.m. Monday. According the the LPD arrest report, on Wednesday, the teen had been found hiding in the room of a teenage girl where he had previously been told he was unwelcome. He was taken into custody at Lockport High School this afternoon. He is due in City Court Wednesday.

DeJuane R. Chenault, 16, 292 Niagara St., Side Apt., was charged around 2:35 p.m. Sunday with second-degree assault and third-degree menacing. According to the LPD arrest report, Chenault threatened to stab a woman with a knife, then threw it at her, striking her in the knee with the handle portion of it. Chenault then struck the woman in the arm with a mirror, breaking the mirror. She was due in City Court on Monday.
