Melissa L Rougeaux, 45, 20 Bright St., Upper Apt., was charged around 12:33 a.m. with unsafe backing, an equipment violation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD arrest report, Rougeaux was stopped for traffic violations and found to be driving with a suspended license. Her vehicle was towed and she was ordered to appear in City Court this morning.
