An 18-year-old Lockport High School student traveling to Ithica to visit a college there, died as the result of a car crash Saturday.
Michael Dmochowski, was a star member of the LHS swim team and was the recipient of the Sportsmanship Award. He well also a member of the National Honor Society and National Mathematics Honor Society.
Saturday night, the school's performance of "Seussical the Musical" was dedicated to him.
