TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An 18-year-old Getzville man was charged early Saturday morning with unlawful possession of marijuana by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
According to the NCSO report, Eric D. Fischer, 824 Robin Road., was stopped on Robinson Road for vehicle and traffic violations. While patrol was interviewing him, they smelled marijuana. They then located a clear plastic baggie of it in Fischer's coat while searching him.
Fisher was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Lockport Court on April 21.
