Lockport will be the location for the next meeting of #bufinstameet — a casual organization of Instagrammers from Western New York.
The group will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Flight of Five Winery, 2 Pine St. At approximately 2:45 p.m., a walking tour of downtown Lockport will be led by Brian Smith, operator of the Lockport Beautiful Instagram page which highlights architecture, urban vistas and the Erie Canal.
“The last #bufinstameet took place at the Sportsmen’s Tavern in the Black Rock neighborhood of Buffalo," said Smith, who also serves as the vice president of business development for the GLDC. "We had a lot of fun getting to know the people behind the handles and exploring Black Rock. This is a great opportunity to bring people who care about Western New York to Lockport and see the city through their eyes.”
The event is free and all are welcome to attend.
