Dorothy Jo Sullivan Wells passed away March 9, 2015 in Niagara Hospice House.

Born in Lockport on January 4, 1924 she was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Gense) Meyers. Dorothy worked for Harrison Radiator for 30 years in production retiring July 1, 1985. She was a member of the Lockport United Church of Christ, UAW Retirees, Navy/Marine Club, IOOB Moose Lodge, VFW, B. Leo Dolan Post 410 American Legion and Redman Club. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Harold “Butch” Wells who passed away in 1989 and was the former wife of the late Ward Sullivan.

Dorothy is survived by her two children John (Dianne) Sullivan and Sandra Crimi; grandmother of Christine and Jennifer Sullivan, Tanisha Chambers, Tiffany Lippincott Wade, Tracy Crimi and late Mark Colletti; great grandmother of Myah Wade and DeShaan Vincent; sister-in-law of Sue Meyers; sister of the late Ruth Winters, Rosita Wilson, Evelyn Sy, Irene Downey, Josephine Greenman, Edith Myers, and Joseph Meyers; also several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, March 12th from 4-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Friday, March 13th at 11 AM.  Entombment will be in Glenwood Mausoleum.  Memorial donations to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094 would be appreciated.
