Ralph A. Pascell, 92, died January 17, 2015. Ralph was the husband of Rita (Novino) Pascell. He is survived by his wife Rita and three children Mary Ellen (Samuel Lockwood), Albert (Steven Gill), and Rebecca Johnson. He is the grandfather of Richard (Renee) Gunby, Gabrielle Lockwood, and Elizabeth Johnson. He is the great grandfather of Isabella, Justin, and Mia. Ralph is predeceased by four siblings, Carmella (Lorigo), Victor Pascell, Dorothy (Cappara), and Eleanor (Adamo). He is survived by his two siblings, Albert Pascell and Florence (Ballachino).
Ralph was born in 1922. He dedicated his life to family and country. Ralph enlisted in the US Army in 1942. He served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Cuban Crisis, and retired from the US Air Force’s 914th Division as a Master Sergeant. Ralph was an amateur radio operator and spent many years trying to teach his grandchildren Morse code. He was a member of the NRA, DAV, NARFE, ARRL, and the Niagara County Sportsmen’s Club. Ralph spent most of his retired years as a snowbird between Rushford, NY and Sebring, FL.
