Marsha R. Parisi passed away Friday February 20, 2015 in Buffalo General Hospital.

Born in Lockport on March 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Thomas C. and Ruth E. Ritchie Poyfair. Marsha attended St. Patrick’s Elementary School and graduated from DeSales Catholic High School, Class of 1961. After high schhol, Marsha went to work for Advest, then Moors and Cabot as a secretary. She was a member of St. John the Baptist RC Church and enjoyed meeting her classmates each month for lunch and attending Bible Study at church.

Marsha is survived by her daughters, Krista (James) Jennings of Sumter, SC, and Trisha (Patrick) Schultz of Spartanburg, SC; grandmother of Patrick, Ian and Tiana Schultz and Butterfly Jennings. She is also survived by her sister Cathy (William) Fura, nephews, William (Tiffany) Fura, David Fure and great niece, Ella Rose and her beloved Cats.

Friends may call Thursday 4-8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday February 27th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, 168 Chestnut Street, Lockport, NY 14094. Memorials to the church would be appreciated by the family.
