Renee S. Esposito, 40, 121 Van Buren St., was charged around 1:59 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the LPD arrest report, Esposito violated an order of protection. She was due in City Court Wednesday morning.

Gale L. Rutherford, 56, 50 Elmhurst Dr., was charged around 10:14 p.m. Monday with running a red light, an equipment violation, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. According to the LPD arrest report, Rutherford was seen committing a traffic violation. She was found to have a suspended driver’s license. She is due in City Court on Wednesday.

Stephanie E. DeFilippo, 23, 57 Cleveland Place., was charged around 8:38 p.m. Monday with endangering the welfare of a child. She is due in City Court on Wednesday.

Aaron J. Pringle, 22, 3942 Beebe Road, Newfane, was charged around 7:57 p.m. Monday with endangering the welfare of a child. He is due in City Court on Wednesday.

A 17-year-old Olcott teen was charged around 3:20 a.m. Monday with petit larceny and criminal trespassing. According to the LPD report, patrol responded to a prowler report and found the teen hiding in a fenced courtyard of the Lockport Presbyterian Home. He was found in possession of $28 cash, loose change, a pocket knife, cigarettes, three lighters, a cell phone, several phone chargers, and a radar detector. A Lockport teen was also charged with petit larceny in the same incident.

Ruben R. Cheatham, 47, 271 Beattie Ave., Apt. 2, was charged around 4:45 a.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. According to LPD, Cheatham punched a Lockport man and threw household items at him. He was due in City Court on Monday.
