PAVILION — A 34-year-old Lockport man was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana.
According to New York State Police, Philip D. Stahli, was observed speeding on Route 63 when Troopers initiated a traffic stop. During the interviewing process, an odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle and a plastic bag containing a small amount of marihuana vegetation was located in his pocket.
Stahli was arrested and processed at SP Batavia where he was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Pavilion Court on March 4.
