TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An 18-year-old Lockport man was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana after police were called to check on a suspicious vehicle on Beach Drive.
According to the NCSO report, while they were interviewing the driver, Jacob A. Landroche, 6367 Robinson Road, they could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Patrol then found suspected marijuana on Landroche during a search.
Landroche was issued an appearance ticket to Town of Lockport Court for Feb. 17. The suspected marihuana was sealed in an evidence bag and turned into NCSO evidence lockers for further testing.
