Michael A. Stolzman
NIAGARA FALLS — A 54-year-old Gasport man was charged with DWI and numerous other charges on Friday.

According to a report from the New York State Police, Troopers stopped Michael A. Stolzman on Cayuga Drive. During the interviewing process, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath. Stolzman was given the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed.

Stolzman's charges include refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely, a license plate violation, and having a previous DWI conviction in 10 years.

Stolzman was arrested and transported to SP Niagara for processing.  He refused the breath test and was issued tickets returnable to the City of Niagara Falls Court on March 6, 2015.
