TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 39-year-old Clarence man was charged with aggravated DWI and other traffic violations on South Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Shawn N. Anderson was also charged with failure to use designated lane, moving from lane unsafely, and failure to keep right. He was seen traveling down the median lane on South Transit Road. While interviewing Anderson, he was determined to be intoxicated and charged.
He was transported to SP Lockport for processing and found to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content. He is to return to Town of Lockport Court.
