TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 52-year-old Burt man was charged with aggravated DWI following a one-car crash on Upper Mountain Road Saturday evening.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office report, Tracy Scott DeChambeau, 6372 Jockey Road, Burt, had been drinking prior to the crash and was intoxicated when patrol arrived.
DeChambeau was found to have a .18 percent blood alcohol content and subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, speeding, moving from lane unsafely, failure to keep right, and driving on the shoulder.
He was taken to Niagara County Jail, held on $250 bail and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court on Tuesday.
