TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 32-year-old Ruhlman Road woman was charged Saturday afternoon with criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a window at another apartment.
According to the NCSO report, Amber Nicole Clark, 6106 Ruhlman Road, Apt. 3, was seen walking up to the window of another apartment building and smashing the glass before getting into a red Ford sedan and leaving the area.
The resident of the apartment told police that the outside pane of the double pane window broken. Damage was estimated at $150. NCSO stated that the charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief may be raised if the value of the window turns out to be more than $250.
Clark was charged by patrol and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court on Feb. 26.
