ALBANY — Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, Senate Majority Coalition Leader Dean Skelos, and Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver today announced that due to extenuating circumstances the Governor's 2015 State of the State address has been rescheduled to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 21.
The annual speech will be held in the Empire State Convention Center. The Senate and the Assembly 2015 legislative session will convene on Jan. 7 as mandated by the State Constitution.
