LEWISTON — The New York State Dept. of Transportation has announced that Saunders Settlement Road is closed for up to four hours between Kline and Tuscarora roads due to an accident that occurred at 2 p.m.
The road is closed in both directions and travelers are advised to use an alternate route.
UPDATE: Route 31 reopened.
