Patricia S. Arnold (nee Smith) of Ft. Myers Florida entered into rest Wednesday, December 17, 2014.
She was born in Asburn, GA on September 29, 1926. Beloved wife of Rev. Neil Arnold; dear mother of Lynn Arnold, Katherine (Rev. Dr. James) Stevens, and Jane (Terry) Ford; loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister of Sammye (late Rev. Charles) Vore, the late Arthur (Helen) Smith, the late Rosemary (late Rev. David) Sageser. September 4th Patricia and Neil recently celebrated 62 years of marriage following 40 years in ministry at the Belmont/Phillips Creek, Hume/Filmore, Perry, Newfane, Walworth, East Rochester, and Clarence Center United Methodist Churches and have gone on to enjoy retirement at the Shell Point Retirement Community in Ft Myers, FL.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Newfane United Methodist Church, 2699 North Main Street, Newfane NY 14108. Interment will be in the Somerset Cemetery, Barker, NY. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association WNY Chapter 2805 Werle Drive, Suite 6 Williamsville, NY 14221 or ECHO Community, 17391 Durrance Road North Ft Myers, FL 33917 would be appreciated by the family.
