NEWFANE — A 42-year-old Newfane Middle School art teacher was charged with forcible touching, according to Niagara County Sheriff Jim Voutour.

He was arraigned in Newfane Court where bail was set at $1,000 cash or / $2,000 bond and ordered to return to court on Feb. 17.
