NEWFANE — A Hosmer Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Monday that someone stole his iPhone 5S from his vehicle Monday afternoon.
The man told patrol that the phone was stolen from his unlocked car while it was parked on Corwin Station sometime between 2:20 and 2:50 p.m.
The complainant told patrol that he attempted calling the phone, valued at $500, but it appeared to have been turned off.
Pending the development of further information, patrol considers this case closed.
