OLCOTT — A Franklin Street woman told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies this morning that someone stole a ladder from her side yard between Saturday and this morning.
The woman said that the $200 yellow eight-foot ladder has been kept in the yard on the north side of her home for about the past three years and she's never had an issue before.
Patrol checked the immediate area around the residence in an attempt to locate the ladder with negative results. Patrol advised the woman to try and keep all property in a secure location, and that a report would be on file with NCSO.
The case is considered closed pending new information.
