Steven P. Popovich of Barker, husband of Shannon Barone Popovich, entered into rest on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at home.

Steven was born in Buffalo, NY on September 7, 1968. Son of Steven Popovich of Corfu, NY and the late Marylou Ruff Popovich. Steven worked as a manager at Cole Muffler in Batavia, NY. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, motorcycling, and was an avid Buffalo Sabres fan. Steven was a Cub Scout Leader, Assistant Cub Master and Den Leader of Pack#26 in Barker, NY and loved spending time with his family.

Father of Nathan Popovich, Shelby Orsak and Karlie Orsak all of Barker, NY. Brother of Lisa Popovich of Buffalo, NY, Christine Popovich of Cheektowaga, NY and Kim (John Franco) Smith of Cheektowaga, NY. Son in law of James and Linda Barone of Newfane, NY.

Friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY 14108 on THURSDAY from 6 – 8 PM. A private graveside service will be held in Somerset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Popovich Family Shannon Popovich PO BOX 147 Newfane, NY 14108.
