TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Niagara County Sheriff's deputies charged a City of Lockport man with driving with a suspended license on the Lockport Bypass Friday evening.
According to the report filed by NCSO, Randy A. Heschke, 22, 166 Pine St., was seen traveling southbound on State Street when he failed to stop for a stop sign. The vehicle then headed southbound on the Lockport Bypass when deputies performed a traffic stop.
During a routine DMV check of the vehicle registration and the driver's license status, Heschke was found to be operating the vehicle on a suspended license.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign. His vehicle was towed and he was taken to Niagara County Jail where he was held on $50 bail and ordered to appear in Town of Lockport Court this evening.
