Todd R. Herian, 44, 29 State St., Upper, Middleport, was charged around 2:48 p.m. Monday with driving with a suspended registration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. According to the LPD report, Herian was stopped on Walnut Street. His vehicle was towed and he is slated for City Court on Monday.

A 17-year-old Olcott girl was charged around 6:55 a.m. with second-degree criminal trespassing. According to the LPD report, the teen was found in a Monroe Street home where she had been previously told she wasn’t welcome. She was slated for City Court this morning.
