Adam R. Seekins, 22, 345 West Caledonia St., was charged around 10:30 a.m. Sunday with DWI, seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD arrest report, Seekins’ vehicle had struck a tree near the intersection of Irving Street and Woodlawn Avenue. When patrol interviewed him, they determined him to be intoxicated. They also found a glass smoking pipe, a metal cigarette and a small bag of marijuana in the car. They later found a bag of cocaine in his pocket during booking.

Steven A. O’Connor, 20, 5625 Jeffrey Dr., was charged around 2:42 a.m. Sunday with second-degree obstruction of government administration, two counts of second-degree harassment, third-degree menacing, and resisting arrest. According to the LPD report, O’Connor did not pay a cab fare. When patrol arrived, O’Connor threatened the responding officer, then attacked him. When patrol attempted to arrest O’Connor, he resisted, so patrol deployed a TASER on him. He then said, “You TASE’d me for no reason. I’m going to kick your ass.” Patrol deployed the TASER a second time. O’Connor still refused to comply and LPD deployed the TASER a third time. He was taken to LPD for booking and slated for City Court this morning.

Tyler J. Weeks, 21, 410 Hawley St., was charged around 10:30 a.m. Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD arrest report, Weeks broke the lock on the door of his apartment. The landlord wished to pursue charges and sought an order of protection.
