Xavier A. Rodriguez, 24, 111 Cottage St., Apt. 4, was charged around 8:08 p.m. Sunday with false personation and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. According to the LPD arrest report, patrol responded to 111 Cottage Street over a noise complaint. When they arrived, Rodriguez gave police a false name. He is due in City Court this morning.

Brian C. Malcomb, 29, 6343 Robinson Road, Apt. 1C, was charged around 11:15 p.m. with second-degree criminal trespassing. According to the LPD report, Malcomb refused to leave a Willow Street home when asked to by the homeowner, as well as by police. He is due in City Court this morning.

Richard L. Kolb, 56, 101 Genesee St., Apt. 1, was charged around 1:35 a.m. with second-degree assault and second-degree menacing. According to the arrest report, Kolb assaulted a Genesee Street man on Saturday. who sustained injuries. Kolb is due in Lockport City Court this morning.

An Exchange Street business owner told LPD that his business was burglarized sometime between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 11:21 a.m. Sunday. The man said the lock had been cut off and numerous tools had been stolen. The value of the stolen items was reported as $9,300. The case was transferred to the LPD Detectives Division.

Brandon L. Oliver, 22, 181 Church St., Apt. A, was charged this morning with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the LPD arrest report, Oliver called a Lockport woman on four occasions Sunday night despite the woman having an order of protection against him. Police found him driving on Green Street at 3:09 a.m., where he was charged. He was also charged with an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is due in City Court this morning.
