TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A Jeffrey Drive man told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that someone used his credit card to make $1,200 worth of fraudulent charges.
The man reported Monday to NCSO officials that the card was used in Hornell, which he was advised of by Chase Visa on or about Dec. 8.
Patrol advised the man to report the incident to www.lookstoogoodtobetrue.com, a website devoted to online credit card fraud.
"No further Patrol action taken regarding this case," according to the NCSO report filed this afternoon.
