A 24-year-old Lockport man was one of three charged Saturday during an underage drinking detail throughout Niagara County.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office, New York State Police, and NY State Liquor Authority performed the detail from 6 - 11 p.m., using underage operatives to check 16 bars. Thirteen of the bars checked successfully passed the test, while three allowed the operatives to purchase alcohol.
Ryan M. Harrington, 24, of Lockport, an employee of the Dugout Bar and Sports Complex was one of the three charged. He is due to appear in Pendleton Town Court.
Also charged were Renee N. Celotto, 43, of Tonawanda, an employee of the Village Inn, North Tonawanda and David Balzer, 36, of Buffalo, an employee of the Hideaway Grille, North Tonawanda. Celotto and Balzer are due to appear in the City of North Tonawanda Court.
