TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 34-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, both from Lockport, were charged Friday with petit larceny by New York State Police.
According to a report by NYSP, Xavier A. Rodriquez and Lynda L. Taliaferro were seen by Walmart security taking multiple objects on their persons and proceeding past the final point of sale.
Both were taken into custody and issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Lockport Court on Jan. 8.
