An 18-year-old Lockport man has confessed to the overnight shooting of another Lockport man, according to Lockport police.
The yet-to-be named suspect was quickly apprehended by LPD and interviewed by investigators after the 12:24 a.m. shooting of Colton Baker-Durst, who was taken via Mercy Flight to ECMC where he remains in critical condition at this hour.
While in police custody, the suspect confessed to shooting Baker-Durst three times, according to police. Because he has not yet been charged, police are withholding his name.
