TOWN OF LOCKPORT — Three juveniles were caught trespassing Monday night at a Slayton Settlement Road home.
According to the incident report, the homeowner told Niagara County Sheriff's that a group of juveniles had just entered a vacant residence he had recently purchased.
While Patrol was approaching the residence, patrol heard multiple voices inside. When they entered the residence, the group of juveniles ran out an exit in the basement into a corn field. Patrol was able to locate three juveniles on Harrington Road and interviewed them in regards to the incident. They all confirmed that they had been inside the house and ran from patrol.
The homeowner said that he did not want to pursue any charges at this time and the trio of trespassers were handed over to family members, who were all advised of the situation and left with the juveniles without incident.
