TOWN OF LOCKPORT — New York State Police in Lockport charged a North Tonawanda man with marijuana possession following a traffic stop on Transit Road.
Joshua A. Corson, 27, was stopped by police Friday for passing unsafely. While interviewing Corson, troopers noted signs of marijuana use in the vehicle, according to the arrest report. Further investigation found him to be in possession of approximately one gram of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.
Corson was issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic citation for unsafe passing. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lockport on Nov. 18.
