BARKER — A Quaker Road man called the Niagara County Sheriff's Office twice Thursday to report that his neighbor's horses were damaging his lawn.
The complainant called at 4:01 p.m. and again at 5:06 p.m. to report that the animals were on his lawn, causing damage.
When patrol arrived, the animals had returned to where they belonged. Patrol called the horses' owner to advise him that they had escaped.
The complainant asked that the incident be documented.
