Cory A. Miller, 25, 1 Moorman Dr., Cheektowaga, was charged around 1:10 a.m. with aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change. According to the LPD report, Miller was seen making an unsafe turn in the road on Main Street and when he was stopped, he was found to be driving without a license. He is due in City Court Monday morning.

Jessica C. Fifield, 31, 164 Church St., was cahrged around 11:55 Saturday with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal for a turn. According to the LPD report, she was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be driving with a suspended licence. She is due in City Court Monday morning.

Willie J. Boler, 48, 108 Texas St., Buffalo, was charged around 9:15 p.m. Saturday with petit larceny. According to the LPD arrest report, Boler stole items from the 7-Eleven on Park Avenue. Police stopped him in front of the Navy Marine Club and charged him.

Brandon S. Smith, 28, 51 Dayton St., was charged with third-degree assault, robbery, petit larceny and obstruction of breathing around 3:40 a.m. Saturday. According to the arrest report, Smith had gotten into an argument with a woman, punched her in the face and choked her. He then took her cell phone and fled. He was taken into custody by LPD when he later returned to the scene as police were interviewing the complainant. He is to be in City Court this morning.

Christopher D. Enderton, 30, 326 Locust St., Apt. 1, was charged around 8:49 p.m. Thursday with DWI and an open container violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Enderton was stopped on Church Street and found to be intoxicated. The report says there were multiple open containers in the vehicle and that Enderton had a .14 blood alcohol content. He is to be in City Court on Monday.

Brock M. Menzel, 34, 40 N. Adam St., was charged around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without a valid New York State inspection sticker. According to the LPD arrest report, patrol saw Menzel commit a traffic infraction. When they stopped him, they found his license to be suspended. A pill bottle was located inside the vehicle with several controlled substances in it. He is slated for City Court on Monday.
