Lee O. Jones, 24, 13 Adam St., Apt. 1, was charged aroound 11:25 a.m. Saturday with criminal mischief. According to the LPD arrest report, Jones broke a television and damaged two doors at an Independence Drive home. He was to be arraigned in City Court.

Niesha M. Lockett, 23, no address given, was charged around 11:25 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD arrest report, Lockett refused to comply with a police request that she stop yelling while police were trying to deal with a situation on Independence Drive. She is to be in City Court on Monday.

Stanley B. Hall, 45, 1914 Linwood Ave., Erie, Pa., was charged with false personation around  2 p.m. Saturday. According to the LPD arrest report, Hall was believed to have a warrant in his name and when police interviewed him, he gave them a false identity. He is slated for City Court on Monday.

Clifford R. Printup, 50, 5181 Chew Road, Sanborn, was charged around 7:50 p.m. Saturday with an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the arrest report, Printup was stopped for the equipment violation on Summit Street and determined to be driving with a suspended license. He is to be in City Court on Wednesday.

Willie Howard III, 29, 2921 23rd St., Niagara Falls, was charged around 12:56 a.m. with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the arrest report, Howard was seen walking on Saxton Street and appeared to be hightly intoxicated. When police interviewed him, he said, "I do not want any trouble. I am not going to run. I have marijuana and crack in my pockets." Howard then gave patrol the drugs he was carrying, which field tested positive for marijuana and crack cocaine. He is to be in City Court on Monday.
